ABOUT ME
As a seasoned Global Hospitality Operations leader and multi-unit operator, I’ve dedicated my career to leading diverse teams and driving impactful initiatives for both startups and established brands worldwide.
My journey began in New York City, where I honed my skills at the renowned Rosa Mexicano Restaurants. As a key player at the Union Square location, I spearheaded operations and played a pivotal role in expanding the brand across the East and West Coasts.
Relocating to Miami in 2008, I continued to shape the hospitality landscape. I've successfully executed a wide range of local events, from intimate weddings to large-scale activations like Cinco de Mayo block parties, South Beach Food & Wine Festival events, and major sporting events such as the Miami Open, Miami Grand Prix, and F1 at Hard Rock Stadium.
Beyond operational excellence, I'm deeply passionate about fostering inclusive work cultures and empowering employees. In 2020, I transitioned to a strategic role at Royal Caribbean Group, where I led critical recruitment efforts during the challenging COVID-19 period, ensuring a smooth return to service for their iconic brands.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and coaching countless individuals, inspiring them to reach their full potential. My commitment to giving back extends to my involvement with Miami Shores Friendly Villagers, GLEAM Network, Women of the Vine & Spirits Foundation and Pace Center for Girls, Miami. I’m proud to be a Champion for our industry and community by empowering women and fostering inclusiveness & leadership development at all levels.
